It simply tells you that you have a new gift contribution in your registry at “GoGift.com”.

The notifications work with most major cell carriers.  You’ll need to confirm you have your current cell number in your account.

You will no longer see the check box as an option under your event.

It allows you to receive a text each time you receive a gift for your event.
